Steaming the puddings – they’re on a wire rack to keep them above the water. Fortunately the Dutch oven lid just fitted on top snuggly
cabbage & carrots in a muslin
potatoes in a muslin
veggies boiling in the water under the rack, the puddings went back on top
pleased with how perfectly they came out!
